    VMG is seeking qualified Dental Consultants to support site visits and technical assistance (TA) engagements under the HRSA Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP), particularly in reviewing oral health programs. The Dental Consultant will assess the scope and quality of HIV\-related dental services, evaluate billing and reimbursement practices, and offer recommendations for program improvement and integration with broader HIV care models.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    The Dental Consultant will:
    Review oral health services and protocols during site visits or TA sessions
    Assess alignment with RWHAP dental reimbursement policies and documentation standards
    Identify strengths and areas for improvement in HIV\-related dental care delivery
    Contribute to site visit reports, recommendations, and TA tools
    Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
    Evaluate service models for dental integration into HIV care coordination
    Analyze program structure and documentation for compliance and effectiveness
    Participate in interviews with dental providers and program staff
    Provide input on oral health quality improvement strategies
    Education and/or Experience
    Required:
    DDS, DMD, or RDH with experience in HIV\-focused or community\-based dental programs
    Knowledge of RWHAP Part F Dental Reimbursement Programs or equivalent services
    Requirements
