We are looking for a Plumber Multi Trader to work within Social Housing / Property Services.
The ideal candidate will have not only their main trade as a Plumber but will also have proven experience undertaking a variety of jobs in a reactive maintenance environment.
Undertaking all aspects of repairs/maintenance work (given your skill set) to the required quality standards..
Communicating with the Call Centre in an accurate and timely manner via telephone to gain each job and to update the service co\-ordinators with the work you believe is required and what you have subsequently undertaken.
The ideal candidate will have
Previous Plumbing and Carpentry experience
Strong interpersonal skills
A full UK driving licence
Needs to be good with working at heights, either ladders or scaffold
Temp to perm Rate: £ ph
Van \& Fuel card provided
