Responsibilities

• properly trouble-shoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
• perform sales of service agreements and HVAC parts
• perform warranty service repair
• perform precision tune-ups
• deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
• establish a great rapport with the customer
• complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently

Requirements

• EPA Certified
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Satisfactory driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider
• Valid Driver’s License
