    Job Summary
    The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing all phases of the design process, from initial concept development to final installation. This role requires a highly motivated and detail\-oriented professional who can confidently manage projects while collaborating with a diverse team of architects, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop and execute innovative design solutions for a variety of project types


    Qualifications
    A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in interior design, with a demonstrated history of successfully completing U.S.\-based projects.
    Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited university.
    Expert\-level proficiency in Revit is mandatory for creating detailed design plans, construction documents, and presentations.
    A strong understanding of U.S. building codes, accessibility standards, and construction practices is essential.
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling graphic presentations to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
    Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
    A motivated and collaborative team player with a passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to problem\-solving.
    Preferred Skills
    Proficiency in additional software such as Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.
    Experience in a variety of sectors, including multi\-family residential, mixed\-use, hospitality, and commercial design
    Experience with FF\&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specification, procurement, management, and installation.
