    The opportunity
    We want to take the digital experience for our Partners and end Clients to the next level. To help us do this, we're looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about designing simple, elegant user experiences, and using human\-centred design as a source of inspiration to solve complex problems for our Partners and end clients (customers).
    You will support the Team in shaping the day\-to\-day delivery and forward\-looking UX/UI direction ensuring it's in line with wider product and brand strategy and constantly breaking new ground.
    Bringing your knowledge and desire to investigate, innovate and develop emerging design, UI and technology trends and be obsessed with the finer detail as they are with the creative vision. Striving to deliver pixel perfect designs.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    Lead design projects from conception to delivery and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
    Deliver user testing activity (facilitating, writing scripts, interviews, analysis), Including both lab and remote usability testing.
    Produce user journeys, flow diagrams, wireframes, sitemaps, functional specifications, guidelines, and client facing documentation.
    Facilitate collaborative design sessions
    Translate quantitative and qualitative research and business requirements into effective design solutions across responsive web and native apps.
    Create a consistent experience across The Openwork Partnership, ensuring that it reflects the values and personality of its brand.
    What will you need to succeed?
    Degree in a design related subject area, or relevant and substantial on the job experience.
    Familiarity with various prototyping tools.
    Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms, including web, mobile, kiosks etc.
    Strong conceptual thinking. We want people who can start a project off from an incredibly strong position and come up with surprising, smart concepts to move forward with.
    Expertise in usability and accessibility best practices.
    Experience in translating quantitative and qualitative research and business requirements into effective design solutions across responsive web and native apps.
    Demonstrable mastery of user experience, interaction, and visual design.
    Strong understanding of development for front\-end and back\-end services.
    * Experienced in working within Agile methodology environments such as SAFe.
