VMG is seeking experienced Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Program Consultants to support technical assistance (TA) and monitoring activities under a national HRSA\-funded contract. These consultants provide in\-depth programmatic expertise during site visits and TA engagements, helping to evaluate service models, implementation strategies, and operational compliance across Parts A–F. Consultants play a central role in identifying best practices and areas for improvement in RWHAP\-funded service delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The RWHAP Program Consultant will:
Participate in site visits and remote TA engagements with a focus on program operations
Evaluate service models, staffing, data use, and implementation of grant\-funded activities
Provide recommendations for improving service delivery, grant performance, and alignment with HRSA standards
Contribute to reports, findings, and technical recommendations
Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
Conduct interviews with program directors, care coordinators, and administrative leads
Review policies, program workflows, and monitoring protocols
Assess compliance with RWHAP expectations for access, quality, and reporting
Collaborate with clinical, fiscal, and quality improvement team members on integrated assessments
Education and/or Experience
Required:
Prior experience administering or advising on RWHAP\-funded services under Parts A–F
Strong knowledge of HRSA program guidance, service categories, and compliance standards
Requirements
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to translate field observations into actionable insights
