Business Analyst
Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers. Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Typically reports to a manager
Requirements and Qualification:
Associate's degree in a related area or
5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
