Responsibilities

• conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• translate research findings into actionable insights
• develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes
• design and create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive interfaces
• ensure visual design is clean, modern, and aligned with brand identity
• create and maintain a design system with style guides and components
• collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• present design concepts and articulate solutions to stakeholders
• gather and analyze user feedback for design improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
• proven experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• experience designing for complex applications or enterprise software
• excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
