    RAM Marketing provides a diversified range of inbound marketing services. Our area of expertise is medical, commercial and residential utility projects, telecommunications products \& services and back\-office support.
    We are currently seeking one part\-time customer service representatives with expected hours 25\-30 hours per week. Our office is in Nesconset, NY. with operating hours Monday to Friday 9\-5\.
    As a Customer Service Representative your goal will be to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will interact with our customers, company personnel, and various outside companies.
    Responsibilities:
    Manage inbound telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
    Provide excellent customer care to each caller
    Identify customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
    Recording customers’ information in the appropriate databases
    Proficiency with operating a computer and navigating Microsoft Windows operating system
    Other duties as assigned
    Skills:
    Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
    Excellent problem\-solving abilities to analyze customer inquiries and provide solutions
    Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    Customer experience required.
    Bi\-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but is not required.
