  • Track and manage technician schedules to ensure service is provided in a timely manner.
  • Communicate updates and changes to service calls with technicians and customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service appointments, job statuses, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate emergency service calls and ensure technicians are dispatched quickly to critical situations.
  • Monitor technician performance, ensuring they are on schedule and that service expectations are met.
  • Assist in managing service tickets and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, offering prompt and professional resolutions.
  • Maintain an organized system for service call tracking and job updates.
