Responsibilities
- gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, process maps, and acceptance criteria
- collaborate with Scrum team and Product Owner to prioritise and manage the product backlog
- facilitate Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- liaise between business users, development team, and QA
- ensure traceability of requirements throughout the SDLC
- support user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
Requirements
- minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in Agile projects
- experience in Agile/Scrum methodology in end-to-end project delivery
- background in Business Analysis
- strong documentation and communication skills
- experience on government-related digital/IT transformation projects is preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in Agile projects, ideally with government sector exposure
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders and users
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specs, process maps, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with Scrum team and Product Owner to prioritise and manage the product backlog
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Liaise between business users, development team, and QA to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the SDLC
Support user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodology in end\-to\-end project delivery
Background in Business Analysis with strong documentation and communication skills
Experience working on government\-related digital/IT transformation projects is preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus
Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills
