Responsibilities
- design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations
- customize ITSM modules: incident, problem, change, request, and CMDB
- develop and maintain custom apps/modules using ServiceNow Studio
- build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions
- integrate with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
- collaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts on requirements
- develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics widgets

- Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Local Candidates only)
This is a hybrid role requiring on\-site presence two days per week, or as needed.
Position Overview:
The ServiceNow Developer will work closely with Commonwealth personnel in the ITSM bureau, Office of Administration teams, SMEs, System Specialists, and Suppliers. This role collaborates with Process Owners, Business Analysts, Administrators, and fellow ServiceNow Developers within ETSO.
While ServiceNow Developer Certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Required Skills \& Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
\+ years of hands\-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting best practices
Experience with ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, SPM)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Key Responsibilities:
