Responsibilities
- assist with the development and implementation of contract management strategies
- identify and implement process improvements in contract operations
- collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth contract operations
- analyze and track performance of existing contracts using CLM tool
- manage contract partner onboarding and flow-down processes
- gather, organize, and manage contract-related data
- identify and mitigate potential operational risks
- support negotiation processes with data-driven insights
- document and present capabilities of SHI processes and tools
- manage internal and external contract audit processes
- liaise with Optimization Coaches for process documentation
- perform data collection, analysis, and reporting for initiatives
Requirements
- completed bachelorβs degree or relevant work experience required
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, contract, sales operations, sales support, analyst, or similar role
- ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
- ability to travel 10%
