Responsibilities

• lead a team of 2 members
• review and coach team members on quality of credit collections
• design a robust testing programme
• engage stakeholders on deviations discovered during review
• collaborate on rectification and follow up on closure of issues
• evaluate monitoring of Collections activities based on compliance
• monitor key performance indicators for Collections team
• drive enhancement of overall risk and controls through RCSA and BCM
• identify potential risks and control deficiencies
• implement time-bound resolution plans
• ensure adherence to the Department’s Complaints Management Framework

Requirements

• at least 5 years of Consumer Banking experience
• preferably in Collections and Risk & Control
• good understanding of the consumer credit life cycle
• good inter-personal, communication & writing skills
• meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• motivated and self-driven Team Manager
• ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
