    Duties
    Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care and education.
    Develop and implement age\-appropriate educational programmes that cater to the developmental needs of children.
    Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
    Monitor children's progress and well\-being, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
    Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
    Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any relevant nursery updates.
    Organise activities that promote social interaction, creativity, and physical development among children.
    Skills
    Strong management and leadership abilities to guide a team effectively.
    Previous experience working with children in childcare or nursery setting, and a Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education is essential.
    Knowledge of early childhood education principles to support children's learning and development.
    Excellent communication skills in English to engage with parents, staff, and children clearly and effectively.
    Ability to create a nurturing environment that encourages children's growth and exploration. This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment for young children while demonstrating strong leadership skills within the nursery setting.
