VMG is seeking experienced Data Analysis and Evaluation Consultants to support data\-driven decision\-making, performance monitoring, and technical assistance (TA) under the HRSA Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP). These consultants will analyze site visit and TA data, identify trends, and help develop tools and deliverables that promote evidence\-informed HIV program improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Data Analysis and Evaluation Consultant will:
Analyze programmatic, clinical, or operational data from site visits and TA engagements
Identify patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities related to grantee performance
Contribute to dashboards, data visualizations, briefs, and evaluation reports
Support the development of performance metrics and outcome\-focused tools
Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex data into actionable insights
Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or other analytics platforms to create visual summaries
Contribute to research briefs and strategic planning documents
Ensure consistency with HRSA data and reporting standards
Education and/or Experience
Required:
Experience working with HIV program data (e.g., CAREWare, surveillance systems, HRSA performance metrics)
Background in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or program evaluation
Requirements
Proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, R, or Python)
Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear, concise deliverables
