Responsibilities
  • Quickly and accurately prepare quotations for standard and custom requests.
  • Review and interpret architectural and technical drawings to identify configuration options and requirements.
  • Respond to client and dealer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the quoting and order process.
  • Follow up proactively on pending quotes to secure orders and meet targets.
  • Process incoming orders with precision, ensuring that all required documentation and specifications are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of product lines, finishes (e.g., anodized or powder-coated aluminum), postal standards, and lead times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, shipping) to ensure customer expectations and delivery timelines are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quoting, estimating, or inside sales, ideally within a related industry.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a proven ability to handle multiple quotes, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
  • Exceptionally responsive, detail-oriented, and organized, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • A positive, team-player attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
