Responsibilities
- Quickly and accurately prepare quotations for standard and custom requests.
- Review and interpret architectural and technical drawings to identify configuration options and requirements.
- Respond to client and dealer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the quoting and order process.
- Follow up proactively on pending quotes to secure orders and meet targets.
- Process incoming orders with precision, ensuring that all required documentation and specifications are complete and accurate.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of product lines, finishes (e.g., anodized or powder-coated aluminum), postal standards, and lead times.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, shipping) to ensure customer expectations and delivery timelines are met.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quoting, estimating, or inside sales, ideally within a related industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, with a proven ability to handle multiple quotes, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
- Exceptionally responsive, detail-oriented, and organized, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- A positive, team-player attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
