Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams on engagements and be accountable for their and the clients’ success.
  • Define solution and implementation strategy and execute them on engagements.
  • Take accountability for delivery of engagements within plan, and meeting or exceeding promised outcome for clients.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in area of focus, and in specific industries.
  • Support business development through solution content.
  • Mentor and guide team members in helping them attain expected standards of excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of post-qualification experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Deep and wide experience in SAP-led transformation programs in diverse industries.
  • Completed at least 8 end-to-end full life cycle of SAP (Treasury) implementations in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Possess good knowledge and work experience of SAP ECC upgrade to S/4HANA.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and propose suitable SAP solutions or enhancements.
  • Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
  • Broad understanding and appreciation of emerging business and technology paradigms.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage client stakeholders on a range of issues.
  • Willingness to work outside of office base and travel.
