    Job Summary
    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.
    Duties
    Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
     Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
    Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
     Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered in the store.
    Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
     Process transactions accurately using the point\-of\-sale system.
    Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well\-stocked at all times.
     Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service.
    Supervise junior staff when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
    Requirements
     One year of retail sales required
    Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
     Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
    Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
