    We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to design software, mobile apps and platforms that meet people’s needs. As an experienced designer, you will participate and lead world\-class projects, and enjoy collaborating with peers and clients alike to solve complex design problems. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems.

    Prerequisites
    ● 5\+ years experience as UX Designer or similar role
    ● Excellent presentation skills
    ● User research, usability testing and prototyping knowledge
    ● Proficient in design tools (E.g. SketchApp, Photoshop, Keynote, etc)
    ● Clear understanding and love for white\-space and all that jazz (design principles)
    ● Wildly creative, meticulous and addicted to the quality of craft
    ● Strong portfolio of design projects
    ● Background in project management and research is a plus
