Responsibilities
- Dealing with service charge queries from customers
- Reviewing service charge costs for accuracy
- Preparing service charge budgets annually
- Reconciling actual costs for properties with variable service charge
- Issuing year-end statement of accounts
- Providing guidance to Development Team
Requirements
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly Excel
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or project
- Working knowledge of a Housing Management Systems
- Knowledge of Service Charge rules and regulations
- Knowledge in accounting systems
