Responsibilities

• Dealing with service charge queries from customers
• Reviewing service charge costs for accuracy
• Preparing service charge budgets annually
• Reconciling actual costs for properties with variable service charge
• Issuing year-end statement of accounts
• Providing guidance to Development Team

Requirements

• Excellent computer literacy, particularly Excel
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or project
• Working knowledge of a Housing Management Systems
• Knowledge of Service Charge rules and regulations
• Knowledge in accounting systems
