The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks related to employee records, recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and general support, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
    Duties and responsibilities
    Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).
    Assist with preparing HR documents like employment contracts, new hire guides, and company policies.
    Assist with HR system data entry and reporting.
    Post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
    Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
    Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation.
    Be the first point of contact for HR\-related queries.
    Assist in handling employee requests regarding HR policies and procedures.
    Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

    Skills and qualifications
    2 \+ years experience in an HR administration role.

    Ability to independently handle multiple projects.
    Exceptional multitasking skills and able to work in a fast\-paced environment
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    Strong organizational skills

    Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
    Proficiency in software like MS Office and Google Docs
