    About Your Role
    As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive (AE) to join our team. You will own the sales process from booked demo to closed deal, working directly with property managers to deliver tailored solutions and a smooth onboarding experience. This is a high\-impact, client\-facing role focused on relationship\-building, sales strategy execution, and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate cross\-functionally with marketing, leadership, and customer success to ensure alignment, consistency, and excellent service across the board. This role requires a confident communicator with a strategic mindset and a passion for solving real\-world problems.
    What You’ll Do
    Manage the full sales cycle from booked demo through signed partnership, focusing on conversion and relationship\-building.
    Deliver impactful, knowledgeable product demos that speak to the pain points and goals of Property Managers.
    Follow up with prospects using CRM tools and consistent touchpoints to ensure a high\-quality experience.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to fine\-tune messaging, target new audiences, and drive pipeline growth.
    Create and update proposal materials, sales documents, and onboarding resources to streamline the client journey.
    Attend industry conferences and regional meetings as needed to represent the company and build your network.
    Stay on top of industry trends and develop a deep understanding of pest control needs and client personas.
    Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM to ensure transparency and forecasting accuracy.
    Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets while continuously optimizing your approach.
    What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
    3\+ years of experience
    + Candidates with SaaS industry experience are strongly preferred.
    Candidates with CRM familiarity (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience giving live product demos are strongly preferred.
    Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
    Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate a product’s value proposition.
    Highly organized and adept at managing a dynamic sales pipeline through a CRM.
    Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.
    Self\-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability and team collaboration.
