This role is central to our ambitious growth plans, leading recruitment across the business to ensure we attract, engage and hire exceptional talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to deliver a recruitment experience that’s inclusive, seamless and reflective of our values.

    You’re a confident communicator with a sharp eye for talent and a passion for building meaningful connections. You thrive in fast\-paced environments, bring energy to everything you do, and know how to create a candidate experience that feels personal and professional.
    Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
    Excellent sourcing and headhunting abilities using platforms like LinkedIn
    Effective prioritisation and project management across multiple roles
    Great communication skills and a flair for attracting talent to the business
    Knowledge of UK employment law and inclusive hiring practices
    Experience using ATS and recruitment technology
    A proactive, agile and continuous improvement mindset

    About The Role
    You’ll lead recruitment across Omniplex Learning, from briefing to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs to build high performing teams. You’ll also play a key role in promoting our employer brand and driving improvements in how we hire.
    Managing end\-to\-end recruitment across a range of roles
    Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
    Delivering a seamless and inclusive candidate experience
    Coordinating onboarding and learning pathways for new hires
    Promoting our employer brand across platforms and events
    Using data to continuously improve hiring outcomes and processes
    Supporting HR projects and staying up to date with recruitment trends
