Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems
• Cut openings in walls and floors using power tools to accommodate pipes and fixtures
• Build and install complete plumbing systems based on blueprints, specifications, and applicable codes
• Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters, HVAC technicians, and electricians
• Perform basic calculations for measurements, materials, and layout
• Safely lift and transport heavy materials and equipment as needed
• Ensure work meets all safety, code, and quality standards

Requirements

• Valid journeyperson certification
• Proven experience as a residential and/or commercial plumber
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset
