- Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research on AI tools designed for HR use cases (e.g., intelligent sourcing, performance analytics, employee sentiment analysis, document automation).
Assess current workflows across the People Team to identify areas ripe for AI\-enhanced efficiency, consistency, or personalization.
Collaborate with HR leaders to understand strategic and operational pain points that could benefit from AI interventions.
Provide comparative evaluations of available technologies, including feasibility, scalability, and ethical considerations.
Build a formal recommendation roadmap and present your top findings to the HR leadership team and company executives.
Qualifications:
Enrollment in a university program, with completion of at least two years of study in a relevant field
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Excellent research and communication abilities, including writing and presenting findings.
Interest in and foundational knowledge of AI technologies and their applications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Passion for innovation and exploring new solutions. Academic projects or experience related to AI
Understanding of basic business processes in the assigned area of focus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Location: Hybrid βRequired to work from our Portsmouth, N.H. office days per week
Mentorship: Guidance and support from experienced professionals. Interns will present their final recommendation to the executive team.
