Responsibilities
  • coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support the hiring process
  • organize and update personnel files, hr databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • prepare new hire paperwork, facilitate orientation sessions, and ensure smooth integration of new employees
  • assist in scheduling and tracking employee training, certifications, and development activities
  • help communicate hr policies, assist with compliance documentation, and support employee relations efforts
  • prepare offer letters, contracts, and other hr-related documents as needed
  • assist with timekeeping, benefits enrollment, and resolving employee inquiries
Requirements
  • previous experience in hr or administrative roles is an advantage
  • familiarity with hris and applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • strong computer skills including ms office suite

    Key Responsibilities
    The HR Coordinator will:
    Assist with Recruitment

    Support Onboarding

    Coordinate Training Programs
    Assist in scheduling and tracking employee training, certifications, and development activities.
    Administer HR Policies
    Help communicate HR policies, assist with compliance documentation, and support employee relations efforts.
    Process HR Documentation
    Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents as needed.
    Support Payroll and Benefits Administration
    Assist with timekeeping, benefits enrollment, and resolving employee inquiries.
