    What You’ll Do:
    Residential new home rough\-ins, finishing, and inspections
     Diagnose plumbing issues and perform residential service work
    Work independently to manage jobs from start to finish
     Train and mentor apprentices
    Communicate with builders, suppliers, and supervisors as needed to ensure project completion
    What We’re Looking For:
     Journeyman Plumber (Red Seal or equivalent residential experience)
    Strong initiative, accountability, and leadership skills
     Ability to work independently and assess job needs accurately
    Comfortable supervising an apprentice
     Driver’s license with clean abstract
    Must pass pre\-employment drug/alcohol and criminal record check
