    Requirements
    4–7 years of experience in product management and delivery, and system integration
     Strong understanding of software development processes, backend flows, and product analytics
    Experience managing IT vendors, developers, and business stakeholders in delivery
     Experience in driving product roadmap and deliveries covering both channels – online and offline
    Strong commercial sense, technical depth, and attention to detail
     Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
    Preferred Qualifications
    Prior experience in telecommunications, fintech, or subscription\-based products
     Knowledge of delivery methodologies and sprint lifecycle
    Ability to interpret basic architectural diagrams and system flows
