    Job Openings
    We are seeking an experienced and strategic Bilingual Project Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of the Transformer related projects. This position is critical to ensuring efficiency, profitability and growth of the division. The successful candidate will have a solid knowledge of project management and a background in electrical or mechanical engineering. This position will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in ensuring the success of project delivery.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage end\-to\-end project lifecycle for transformer\-related initiatives.
    Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
    Monitor project performance, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with company goals.
    Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    Support continuous improvement efforts in project execution and resource utilization.
    Serve as a key liaison between engineering, logistics and project management.
    Provide regular operational updates and strategic advice to the CEO.
    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
    Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the transformer or heavy electrical equipment industry.
    PMP certification is an asset.
    Ability to speak English and Mandarin required.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross\-functional teams.
    Excellent problem\-solving, critical thinking, decision\-making, and organizational skills.
    Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada for face\-to\-face customer visits and trade shows.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience reporting to senior management.

    Pay: From $60,000\.00 per year
