    Position Summary:
    The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on primary care and preventive services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IV therapy and be capable of managing various IV\-related procedures with expertise and confidence.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
    Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, emphasizing preventive care and health promotion.
    Administer and manage IV therapy, including setting up, monitoring, and maintaining IV lines for patients.
    Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
    Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
    Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
    Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest healthcare practices and technologies.
    Qualifications:
    Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of Texas.
    Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP, with a focus on primary care.
    Proven experience and proficiency in IV therapy and related procedures.
    Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    BLS/ACLS certification (optional or required, depending on your needs).
