    Are you a seasoned Product Designer with expertise in XA/Vid Hybrid design and at least years of experience? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and craft delightful user experiences across our customer\-facing products.

    In this role, you'll be a key player in driving user\-centered design processes, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders within an Agile Product Team. You'll translate complex business objectives, customer needs, and intricate workflows into intuitive, end\-to\-end product flows, interactions, and polished UI.

    Responsibilities:
    Own and account for the successful UX/UI design implementation of digital products and experiences.
     Deliver functional, best\-in\-class, user\-focused, competitive, and intuitive experiences that meet customer and business outcomes.
    Translate end\-user requirements, goals, and desired outcomes into comprehensive customer journeys.
     Produce experience designs, UI/UX wireframes, interaction designs, prototypes, and visual design specs.
    Work effectively within a cross\-functional Agile/SCRUM development cycle.
     Continuously cultivate and share insights into user problems and opportunities for improvement.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a design\-related discipline (Web Design, Service Design, Experience Architecture, Information Architecture) is preferred.

  • • years of relevant UX or digital industry work experience (outside of academic projects), with at least one year in a team leadership capacity.
    • Solid understanding of user experience (UX) best practices, interactive design principles, information architecture, experience architecture, visual systems, and visual design.
     Strong knowledge of the design thinking process and framework, including familiarity with workshops and co\-creation.
    Solid understanding of website architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, and online marketing and business needs.
     Expertise in Figma is essential, with a strong grasp of best practices.
    Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
     Proven ability to problem\-solve and work independently.
