- • £25,810 per annum Hours: 37\.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: NN2 (Office\-Based)
Salary: £23,810 \
Holiday: 28 days, inclusive of Bank Holidays

Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team to convert leads into valued customers and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing data, and maintaining customer communications to ensure smooth sales processes and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Support:
+ Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt follow\-up.
+ Set up new customers on the CRM and manage the order processing.
+ Follow up on missing sales order information and payments.
+ Prepare and issue quotes, with timely follow\-ups.
+ Identify accounts with growth potential and allocate them to the appropriate salesperson.
+ Maintain up\-to\-date customer information in the CRM for efficient communication.
+ Liaise with suppliers to gather updated pricing.
Reporting and Data Management:
+ Produce weekly, monthly, and ad\-hoc reports (sales pipeline, quote reports, conversion rates).
+ Maintain weekly productivity reports, including outbound call volumes, email volumes, and CRM activity.
+ Conduct regular CRM maintenance, such as updating account manager allocations and customer details.
+ Research new customers to uncover potential growth opportunities.
Required Skills \& Experience:
Previous experience in sales administration or support within a business\-to\-business environment.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
Proficient in Excel and other general computer skills (intermediate level or higher).
Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
Clear and confident communication skills for system training and feedback.
Excellent customer service skills with sound commercial awareness.
Strong administrative skills and proficient in English.
