Responsibilities
  • Recording and processing supplier purchases accurately across systems.
  • Managing supplier relationships and resolving queries or invoice discrepancies.
  • Ensuring VAT invoices are compliant and purchases are correctly authorised.
  • Preparing and processing timely payments in line with credit terms.
  • Overseeing ledger accuracy and investigating any anomalies.
  • Supporting credit card reconciliation and expense processing.
