    Registered Nurse – CVICU
    Location: Glendale, AZ (Thunderbird Rd)
    Duration: 13 weeks
    Shift: 7:00PM – 7:30AM
    Schedule: 36 hrs/week scheduled, 24 hrs guaranteed
    Start Date: ASAP
    Float: Must float to units where experienced
    Facility: Level 1 Trauma / ICU / Stroke
    Charting: EPIC
    Pay Options (Travelers only – must have out\-of\-state driver's license):
    W2 Option:
    $60/hr blended
     $1,440/week gross
    $15/hr minimum taxable
     $1,080/week stipend
    1099 Option:
    $62/hr
     $1,488/week gross
    Requirements:
    Minimum 24 months recent CVICU experience
