The Senior People Partner will leverage deep HR expertise to deliver strategic people solutions and partner with business leaders to enable future\-ready teams.
How Youβll Spend Your Time
Developing people strategy roadmaps to align workforce priorities with organisational goals
Advising senior leaders on talent and organisational effectiveness to drive sustained business value
Designing and implementing talent frameworks for succession planning and leadership development
Presenting people analytics in compelling story formats to inform business decisions
Facilitating organisational change and culture initiatives to strengthen engagement and resilience
What Kind of Things Weβre Most Interested in You Having
7\+ years of strategic HR Business Partner experience, ideally in fast\-paced or matrixed organisations
Proven success in developing and delivering people strategy roadmaps that support long\-term goals
In\-depth knowledge on organisational change, talent management, and workforce analytics
Ability to commute to our London office 2 days a week (hybrid working model)
A knack for working strategically and collaboratively with senior stakeholders
