Responsibilities

• complete work orders from residents
• oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments
• develop cleanliness standards for community areas
• inspect work performed by team and contractors
• assist Community Manager with budgeting for repairs
• conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with laws
• demonstrate customer service skills

Requirements

• high school diploma or GED
• provide own hand tools
• ability to apply logical thinking to problems
• proficiency in customer service and communication
• ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• proficiency in internet and office software
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal if working on sealed HVAC systems
• valid driver’s license
