We are currently seeking a capable and proactive Office Services Coordinator to support our growing team at our new Dallas location. As a key member of our administrative department, you will help ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. This multi\-functional role supports attorneys and legal staff by managing daily office operations, assisting with client intake, handling a range of administrative tasks, and maintaining both the physical and digital workspace. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client\-focused approach.
- • $23\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and in\-person visitors
Assist with scheduling, client coordination, and general inquiries
Perform a variety of administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, document preparation, and scanning
Help maintain organized digital and physical files
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering and restocking
Support team members by flagging issues, helping to troubleshoot minor problems, and escalating as needed
Ensure the office environment is clean, professional, and well\-maintained
Assist with projects and provide general support as assigned
Qualifications
A high school diploma, with courses in legal administration or paralegal certification preferred
Prior experience in a high\-volume front desk or administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment
Strong comfort level with paper\-heavy workflows (faxing, filing, scanning, etc.)
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and stay on top of ongoing tasks
Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and overall computer literacy
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
