Responsibilities
- Lead processing team to best serve home buyers & associates in the field
- Mitigate the number of package denials
- Review and verify loan packages
- Oversee the processing of applications and finalization of completed packages
- Work with various departments to reconcile processing-related tasks
- Prioritize effectively and in accordance with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with senior management to establish sales goals
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reconciliation reports
- Further develop sales process pipeline
- Build and develop sales processing team
- Cultivate lender partner relationships
- Maximize efficiency and response times
- Create and develop new programs
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years related experience
- Experience with auto/mortgage loan underwriting and/or processing
- Comfort with fast-paced environment
