    Tri\-Township Elementary is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes the intellectual, emotional, and social development of each student.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the academic standards and the needs of diverse learners.
    Foster a positive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
    Assess and monitor student progress through a variety of assessment tools and methods.
    Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and needs.
    Maintain accurate and complete records of student's progress and development.
    Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to promote a cohesive educational experience.
    Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
    Uphold school policies and procedures and contribute to the overall school community.

    Qualifications:
    Valid teaching certification/license for the state of Indiana.
    Strong understanding of child development and elementary education.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
    Proficiency in the use of educational technology and classroom management tools.
