Responsibilities

• Support Incident Response and Security Operations programs.
• Monitor security solutions, tickets, and other communication channels to identify and triage new security-related events and incidents.
• Respond in a timely manner to escalated security-related events and incidents and conduct investigations.
• Work with clients, internal teams, vendors, and legal to manage security threats.
• Stay up to date on the latest threat intelligence.
• Continually tune and manage implemented security solutions and assist with review and evaluation.
• Understand and follow the company's incident response plan and supporting procedures.
• Accurately maintain compliance with documentation, communication, time entry, and administrative procedures.

Requirements

• An associate degree in computer science, cyber or information security, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with information technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current industry recognized certifications including one or more of the following: Security+, CISSP, CISA, CEH, GSOC, or other equivalent industry recognized incident response or forensics related certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
