Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direct supervision to the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering professional development.
  • Oversee HR-related email inboxes and serve as the primary point of contact for the HR team and any escalated issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA, OSHA, ADA, and workers' compensation regulations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR and leadership.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
  • Experience in talent management, recruiting, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and succession planning strategies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, Paychex) and data analysis skills for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with senior leadership and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on process improvement and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
