Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direct supervision to the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering professional development.
- Oversee HR-related email inboxes and serve as the primary point of contact for the HR team and any escalated issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA, OSHA, ADA, and workers' compensation regulations.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and leadership.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Experience in talent management, recruiting, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and succession planning strategies.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, Paychex) and data analysis skills for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with senior leadership and employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on process improvement and attention to detail.
