    To design, deliver and develop digital training courses under the digital training portfolio to Trust staff, and other relevant internal and external stakeh olders , in line with the Digital Learning Strategy and the Trust Vision and Values. Provide pro\-active support and advice on the development of digital skills and the use of digital systems within the workplace.


    The Trust’s strategic focus is on creating a digital environment that simplifies processes, enhances collaboration, and ensures that staff can focus on delivering high\-quality care without being burdened by unnecessary administrative tasks or inefficient systems.


    Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) support services within the Digital division are aligned to establish a more integrated team to improve collaboration and communication between the EHR facing teams and as a result improving the quality of support provided to our frontline staff.


    A Digital Project Management Office (PMO) has been introduced to better manage the numerous , complex projects that are ongoing within the division and s upport the effective delivery of digital projects and programmes and digital workstreams in Trust projects and programmes.
