    We are currently seeking a New Home Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

    Reporting to the Vice President, Sales \& Marketing, the New Home Sales Manager, is responsible for maximizing revenue by optimizing sales team performance, maintaining CRM accuracy, and directly supporting the closure of complex or high\-value opportunities. This role provides leadership, coaching, and oversight to ensure consistent conversion of leads to successful sales outcomes. This role also offers the chance to shape sales strategy and have a direct impact on the success of multiple award\-winning communities in Ontario.

    What you will be Doing

    Sales Leadership \& Coaching

    Provide on site sales staff with real\-time coaching and mentoring.
    Lead and assist with complex negotiations in order to help secure deals.
    Pipeline \& CRM Management

    Monitor lead response times and enforce follow\-up standards.
    Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and pipeline health.
    Ensure all prospects are fully engaged through to outcome (sale, lost, defer).
    Performance Oversight

    Deliver weekly sales performance reports by community.
    Identify trends, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
    Support onboarding and training of new sales team members.
    Realtor \& Community Engagement

    Strengthen and maintain strong broker/realtor relationships.
    Oversee realtor incentive programs.
    Support VIP events, launches, and community initiatives with on\-the\-ground leadership.
    Team Development

    Facilitate ongoing workshops and individual one\-on\-one development sessions.
    Monitor team morale and provide career development pathways.
    Customer Pipeline Protection

    Re\-engage at\-risk buyers during slower periods and ensure high interest leads remain active.
    Safeguard against lost opportunities by ensuring consistent follow\-up.
    What Will Make You Successful

    5\+ years of proven sales leadership experience (real estate, new home building, property development, or a related industry).
    Strong track record of coaching sales teams to exceed targets.
    Demonstrated ability to close complex negotiations and high\-value deals.
    Hands\-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SmartTouch, or similar), with a focus on pipeline management and accountability.
    Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship\-building skills.
    Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.

    Full\-time position (40 hours per week).
    Based primarily at our Head Office in Barrie, ON, with regular weekly travel to community sales sites in the Blue Mountain and Horseshoe Valley areas.
    Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifted weekend availability as required to support sales centres during peak traffic periods (weekends are typically our busiest sales times; sales teams are off mid\-week).
    * This role requires a balance of head office leadership and on\-the\-ground support to ensure sales performance across all communities.
