This role requires a proactive approach to problem\-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Perform concrete finishing, plastering, trim carpentry, and other essential construction tasks as needed.
Utilize power tools effectively and safely for various construction activities.
Estimate project costs accurately and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Lay tiles and perform construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on remodeling options.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Communicate progress updates to clients and address any concerns promptly.
Experience
Proven experience in various construction disciplines including concrete finishing, plastering, trim carpentry, tile laying, and painting.
Strong background in construction management with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using power tools and understanding of their maintenance requirements.
Experience in construction estimating, allowing for accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
A solid understanding of remodeling processes and techniques is highly desirable.
