What youβll do
As a Senior UX Designer, the role involves leading UX strategy and delivery across varied client projects, from conducting audits and usability testing to presenting clear, practical recommendations. The position requires designing wireframes, journeys, and flows that improve usability and meet business goals, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to define and measure success. This role also includes supporting junior team members, maintaining high standards across UX outputs, and working with the Head of Creative to evolve the companyβs UX approach.

Your day to day
Lead UX audits across marketing and website projects, delivering clear, actionable insights
Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence
Analyse site structure, user flows, content layout, and usability to identify areas for improvement
Plan, run, and interpret usability tests, A/B tests, surveys, and marketing data to guide UX decisions
Develop wireframes, user journeys, sitemaps, and screen flows that support user needs and business goals
Write UX marketing strategies and ensure team activity aligns with project KPIs and outcomes
Track project progress, flag risks early, and manage delivery timelines and budgets
Take responsibility for the quality, performance, and outcomes of assigned UX work
Collaborate with the Head of Creative to align UX efforts with commercial goals and creative output
Mentor junior team members, provide feedback, and support skills development
Support the team in understanding marketing data and the impact of their work
Maintain proactive communication with the wider team, supporting alignment and consistency across projects
Knowledge and Experience
4\+ years of hands\-on UX design experience
Proven success in client\-facing roles and presenting work
Skilled in wireframing and prototyping using Figma and Adobe XD
Strong knowledge of user testing tools like Hotjar and Crazy Egg
Confident analysing user flows, layouts, and content structures
Experience designing for marketing\-led and conversion\-focused sites
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable mentoring others and giving clear, constructive feedback
Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability standards
Excellent Organisational skills.
