- The Head of Product will lead our team of Product Managers and drive the execution of our product vision and strategy. As the right\-hand person to the Chief Product Officer, they will oversee the day\-to\-day management of the product, guide and coach individual Product Managers, and ensure the successful delivery of our product roadmap. In the CPO's absence, they will serve as the primary decision\-maker for the product team, ensuring continuity and maintaining high standards.

Collaborate closely with the CPO to shape and execute the overarching product strategy \& vision.
Translate high\-level strategic goals into actionable product plans/roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high\-quality features that align with business goals.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively address roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery.
Work with the Product Analyst and customer success teams to analyse product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and drive optimisation initiatives.
Monitor key product performance metrics to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
Act as a key contact between the product team and other teams (e.g. Customer Success, Sales and Tech), ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.
Skills \& Experience
Extensive experience in product management, with previous experience in a leadership role managing teams
Proven track record of leading and developing high\-performing product teams.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and a data\-driven approach to decision\-making.
Deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
Experience in AI\-driven products, SaaS platforms, Telcos or sales optimisation tools is an advantage.
