    Who Are We Looking For?
    This position requires an ambitious, self\-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, and results\-oriented with preferred sales experience and knowledge of the Automotive Industry.
    The Candidate Should Have:
    Exemplary customer service skills
    Knowledge of sales technology
    Outstanding communication qualities
    Proven Sales track record
    Post\-secondary Education
    Proficiency with CRM input, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, etc.) and general competency with business technology
    Automotive industry experience (is an asset)
    Valid Driver's Licence
    What Will You Do?
    The incumbent will plan, coordinate, and execute the selling of Lubrico Warranty programs to dealerships following budgeted objectives. The sales representative must serve as a contributing member of the Western Canada sales team while championing Lubrico’s mission and values.
    Generate and follow through on sales leads
    Develop sales performance through new and existing accounts
    Create sales strategies and customized presentations
    Manage client relationships, facilitating dealership needs through exemplary customer service
    Increase penetration and profits, and collaborate on goals
    Interact with Lubrico's head office, sales team, and management to support the sales function
    Assist dealers with growth strategies and solutions
    After a product and client\-focused training process, this individual will be responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities and closing sales.
