Responsibilities
- Coordinate contractors, builders, skip hire, access, and minor works across the property portfolio
- Track and follow up on action points from internal and client meetings
- Maintain internal document systems and compliance files
- Assist with asset management and light-touch HR policy drafting
- Chase and pay business invoices in a timely and organised manner
- Manage the founder's calendar, diary, meetings, and travel logistics
- Oversee personal and business car admin (insurance, MOTs, servicing)
- Order goods and services (marketing materials, office supplies)
- Organise and track receipts, assist with bookkeeping and VAT return preparation
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients, developers, architects, and podcast/webinar hosts
- Arrange meetings and maintain internal CRM or simple tracking system
- Manage the founder’s business social channels (primarily LinkedIn)
- Support podcast and webinar planning, scheduling, and follow-up
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a support role such as Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar
- Experience juggling multiple responsibilities across admin, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
- Confidence liaising with both internal and external contacts, including contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Prior exposure to CRM systems, bookkeeping tools (e.g. Xero), or cloud-based document management
- A track record of working independently and taking initiative
