AFS Aerial Photography, a trusted name in aerial photography across Canada for over 66 years, is seeking a resilient and driven Field Sales Representative. This role is designed for a mature sales expert who is ready to embrace a unique opportunity, navigate demanding workdays, and earn substantial rewards.
About the Role:
This role isn’t for everyone. Success here requires a willingness to travel, long hours, and a strong work ethic to go door\-to\-door, cold calling in rural communities. Equipped with a GPS\-guided route, you’ll be presenting high\-quality, framed aerial photographs of customers’ properties that are ready to hang on their wall that same day.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in Sales: Outside sales or related experience, with the resilience and commitment to handle long hours and a demanding schedule.
Personable and Enthusiastic: Able to connect with customers and close sales confidently.
Independent and Self\-Motivated: Strong sense of responsibility, comfortable managing time on the road.
Willingness to Travel: Open to extensive travel within designated territories.
Comfortable Working in Rural Areas: Ability to engage with rural communities and work effectively in a non\-urban environment.
Basic Excel Proficiency: Capable of using Excel for tracking work and completing sales reports.
Valid Driver’s License Required.

Schedule \& Compensation:
Flexible Work Schedule Options:
Option 1: $700 weekly base plus commission for a 5\-day workweek Tuesday to Saturday.
Option 2: $1,000 weekly base plus commission for a rotating schedule of two weeks on, one week off.
Lucrative Commission Structure: Graduated commissions ranging from 17% to 30% based on weekly sales, with yearly earnings of $70,000 \
